The land use committee meets on the second Tuesday of each month.

Current topics include the Seattle 2035 comprehensive plan update, current legislation on low-rise housing, micro-housing, and parking requirements in urban villages among others.

The Land Use committee strives to project a vision for how Greenwood should develop as a more vibrant and walkable neighborhood, and to advocate for infrastructure and private development that will advance it.
